• Ensuring your purchase complies with the laws of your country of residence, including any import regulations.

• Core Apparel: 1/4 Zips, T-Shirts, Light Jackets, Leggings, Pants, Shorts, Crop Tops, Sports Bras.
• Accessories: Bags, Headwear, Socks, and other gear.
• Collections: Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ lines.

We strive to represent product colors, designs, and technical features as accurately as possible on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorize us to charge the total order amount (product price + shipping + any applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

4.3 Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50 USD. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return Window & Conditions

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

• Socks
• Headwear (e.g., hats, beanies)
• Opened, hygiene-sensitive accessories
• Any item not in its original condition (worn, washed, damaged, missing tags).
• Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable.”

5.3 The Return Process (Your Responsibility)

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and item details.
2. Receive RMA: Wait for our emailed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
3. Ship Items: Securely package items with the RMA number on the outside. Use a trackable service to ship to our Atlanta address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect upon receipt. Upon approval, your refund or exchange is processed.

5.4 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
• Your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Exchanges

Exchanges (e.g., for size in Crop Tops or Pants) are subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange preference. The new item will be shipped via standard shipping once the return is approved.

5.6 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a defective or wrong item. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping fees.
