Note on International Delivery: We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance processes. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Our Return & Exchange Process: Simple & Efficient
Follow these four straightforward steps:
Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship returns without an RMA number.
Securely package the items in their original condition and packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to our Atlanta headquarters using a trackable service. Our return address is:

Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our T-Shirts and Shorts.
- Receipt & Inspection: 2-3 business days after the return package arrives at our Atlanta facility.
- Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our urban explorers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Headwear (including hats and beanies, unless defective)
- Accessories that are sealed and opened (e.g., specific hygiene-sensitive accessories)
- Any item that is not in its original condition: worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or without original packaging.
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as “Non-Returnable.”
Exchanges
Need a different size or color in our Crop Tops or Pants? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please initiate the exchange process within the 15-day window using the email template above. We will ship the exchange item to you via standard shipping once the original return is received and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive a defective item (e.g., a Sports Bra with a manufacturing flaw) or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping fees.
