However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your urban adventures. Our returns and exchanges process is designed to be as efficient and reliable as our payment system—clear, straightforward, and built with your convenience in mind.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Receive Instructions

Within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing speed), we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Ship Your Items

Securely package the items in their original condition and packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to our Atlanta headquarters using a trackable service.

Inspection & Completion

Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the items. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our T-Shirts and Shorts.

Timeline:

  1. Receipt & Inspection: 2-3 business days after the return package arrives at our Atlanta facility.
  2. Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
  3. Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Method:

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account. For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card.

Please Note:

Original shipping fees (both Standard and the calculated cost of Free Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our urban explorers, certain items in our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described.

  • Socks (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Headwear (including hats and beanies, unless defective)
  • Accessories that are sealed and opened (e.g., specific hygiene-sensitive accessories)
  • Any item that is not in its original condition: worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or without original packaging.
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

This policy aligns with our commitment to quality and the well-being of our entire community, just as our product designs prioritize both performance and integrity.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color in our Crop Tops or Pants? We’re happy to help.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
  • Please initiate the exchange process within the 15-day window using the email template above.
  • We will ship the exchange item to you via standard shipping once the original return is received and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a defective item (e.g., a Sports Bra with a manufacturing flaw) or an incorrect item (e.g., a Light Jacket in the wrong color), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping fees. Your satisfaction is as non-negotiable as the quality of our products.

International Returns

As a global brand serving urban explorers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions), we accept returns from all our served regions. Please note:

  • You are responsible for any international return shipping costs and customs duties.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Your financial institution will handle the currency conversion.
